What you will learn

  • Explain what sexual harassment and victimisation are, in plain terms
  • Recognise sexual harassment in everyday work situations, including so called banter and behaviour from customers, clients and visitors
  • Understand that it is the effect on the person that counts, not what was intended
  • Know what to do if they experience or witness sexual harassment, and who to report it to
  • Understand the consequences for anyone who sexually harasses a colleague
