What you will learn

  • Recognise the personal data you carry as a mobile worker
  • Apply the data protection rules on the road and in customers' homes
  • Keep phones, tablets, paperwork, keys and codes secure, in the van and on site
  • Take and handle photos of customers' homes properly, and keep them off social media
  • Recognise a data breach or a request for data, and pass it on the same day
