What you will learn

  • Describe the difference between bullying and harassment
  • Recognise the behaviours that count, including exclusion, nicknames and online behaviour
  • Understand that the effect on the person matters more than what was intended
  • Know how to raise a concern, informally or formally, and what happens next
  • For managers: spot the warning signs in a team and respond to a complaint properly
